Warfarissimo is an online simulator of the effect of oral anticoagulant drugs warfarin and acenocoumarol in humans. It computes an hour-by-hour INR graphic if you enter the anticoagulant doses and timings, and some other patient parameters. Warfarissimo may help with the prediction of the INR response, and even allow optimisation of the range of INR variability in a particular case. However, we cannot offer any kind of warranty that its results will match those of any given patient. It can be used freely, via this web site. We welcome any kind of feedback, and especially examples of real cases in which the INR predicted by our model proves inaccurate. Typical results:
