Attempt to reproduce the CYP2C9*1*3 case reported in [Thijssen & al., 2001]. After loading, a variety of regimens were administered until a stable INR between 2 and 3 was obtained with 5mg of acenocoumarol/week. We could obtain a similar behaviour with a CYP2C9 activity of 0.1 that of *1*1 and a simulated subject weight of 62kg (as in the reported case).
